Guidelines
We're exceptionally grateful for the donations and volunteers that make our endeavor possible; however, because children's health, safety and security are our priority, the following guidelines ensure that we can provide our services with zero negative impact on children. Please feel free to contact us with inquiries regarding these guidelines.
Guidelines for donating and volunteering
DONATED ITEMS:
-Mattresses - Brand new wrapped only.
-Bedding, sheets, pillows - Brand new only.
-Videos/DVDs/CDs/Games - No blood, violence, sexual content, explicit language, altered or homemade recordings of any kind.
-Stuffed animals, soft goods - Only brand new.
-Furniture - New or gently used, absolutely clean, intact, safe, functional (without glass)
-If unsure about an item, please ask us.

VOLUNTEERS:
-All volunteers must work in pairs when working at a site where children are present.
-Absolutely no smoking, alcohol or drugs on any childcare facility premises.
-No course language, no explicit music (where music is permitted).
-Volunteers with prescription medication on site are required to advise a supervisor about medication, and keep medication on their person (closed pocket) away from children's access.
-All volunteers working where children are present will have criminal background checks completed on them previous to volunteering.
-We have an absolute zero tolerance policy where illegal activity is concerned.
